Ancient Grain Grits
Ingredients
4 cups prepared Gruff Ancient Grain Grits
1/2 cup local honey
Zest from 1 orange
1 orange juiced
1 lemon juiced
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
Preparation
Prepare grits
In a small sauce pan, warm honey, zest, and juice from orange and lemon and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
Stir in coconut oil.
Divide warm grits into 4 bowls
Drizzle citrus syrup over them
Add berries
Top with fresh cream.
