Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Gruff Ancient Grain Grits

  • 1 1/4 Cups of Water

Preparation

Step 1


Bring water to a boil. Stir in Gruff Ancient Grain Grits, cover and set heat to LOW.


Step 2


After 6 minutes remove the lid and stir.


Step 3


Replace the lid and let simmer on LOW for 6 more minutes.


Step 4


Remove from heat, stir. For best results, let rest covered for 5 more minutes.
